"My work life balance leans very much towards work and I was struggling to find time to train regularly. Nik planned every step of my fitness journey around my busy schedule and held me accountable, helping me to achieve everything I wanted and more."

NIK (Physical Health)
Paratrooper, PT, Dad’s Coach
Born and raised on a council estate, I knew early on that I had to escape the cycle of hardship I was born into. My childhood was marred by my father’s struggles with alcohol and domestic violence. I found boxing at 9 years old and had a successful amateur career. Fitness soon became my outlet, a way to build resilience and face life’s challenges. It gave me a sense of purpose.
At 16, I made the bold decision to join the army. By 17, I’d earned my place in the Parachute Regiment. At 18, I deployed on my first operational tour in Iraq. Over the years, I completed two tours, serving in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Leaving the military, I transitioned into the private security industry, working in hostile environments in Iraq. Despite the challenges of shifting between careers, I never lost my connection to fitness. In 2018, I finally discovered my true calling as a personal trainer. Helping others achieve their potential and build healthier, more fulfilling lives has given my journey a greater purpose. At 35, I started a new chapter as a father, now raising two beautiful children who inspire me every day.
I am driven to support fathers who are facing their own challenges with mind and body. Through prioritising health and fitness, I aim to help them become stronger, more present, and the best versions of themselves, for themselves and their families.
